✅Make Membership Work For You ✅

These are non-negotiable responsibilities every member has. At it’s core, HyperGrowth is an accountability community. You grow when we grow.

1. Interact Daily in Discord

(~5 minutes a day)

• ⤵️ Leave a daily update in #accountability even if you have made ZERO progress for the day. Failure is feedback.
• 🗓 This shows you are active enough to consider HyperGrowth a priority. Too little activity may result in an eviction notice.

2. Keep Others Accountable

(~1-2 hour a week)

• 💬 Every day we should be reaching out via private DM for a few minutes to check in on the progress and struggles of others.
• 🎙 Record your voice to make sharing faster.

3. Attend Weekly Calls

(~4 hours a month)

• 🔄 Accountability DOES NOT work if you don't attend calls. We can’t keep you accountable, you can’t keep us accountable.
• 👍 You’re granted one miss per month. If life happens and you need to miss more please DM @Maddox for updates.

❌Eviction/Leaving HyperGrowth ❌

Eviction ❌

• If 2 weeks pass and you have shown no activity in Discord or other channels you will be considered for eviction from HyperGrowth.
• An eviction notice will be administered privately, and if you are able to get back on track, that will just be a warning.
• If a pattern persists, we’ll chat, and if HyperGrowth doesn’t seem like a good fit for you, we’ll let you go.
